cranberry boulevardier – a classic prohibition-era cocktail. Bulleit Rye whiskey, Campari, sweet vermouth, absinthe. Complimented by a splash of cranberry juice.
spirit healer – a paradise concentrate. Myer’s Dark Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, light cherry pomegranate syrup. Just enough to lift your spirits.
lady in red – an attractively balanced beauty. Maker’s Mark Bourbon, pomegranate juice, ginger beer. With a float of pomegranate arils.
spiced pear tatanka – a popular Polish apple cocktail re-imagined. Pear absolute, pear juice, ginger beer, cinnamon, nutmeg. With a spiced pear wheel.
southern gentleman – a handsome mix of Wild Turkey 101, peach liquor, and brown sugar-cinnamon muscled over two frozen peach slices. Strong yet sweet — a true charmer.
grapefruit negroni – a clash of old and new. Washington’s own Wishkah River Bullfinch Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, grapefruit juice. Bittersweet: Hemingway in symphony.
manzana asombroso – simply “amazing apple.” Juiced apple, Hornitos Repasado, ginger beer. Topped with diced apples, rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Can’t go wrong here.
